What is the monthly rent?
Rent depends on size, location and whether the suite has a window. Smaller offices start around $550–$975/month. Larger or windowed units cost more.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit equals one month's rent.
What is the minimum lease term?
The minimum lease is one year, with longer terms available.
What is the application process?
Submit a short rental application with ID and business details. After approval, you receive a lease to sign. Apply now
Suites
What are the suite sizes?
Z Novi Commons has 56 suites in 44,350 SF: 42 private offices from about 125 to 300 square feet, depending on layout, and 14 warehouse suites from 1,475 to 2,800 square feet.
Do you have window suites?
Yes, a limited number. They offer natural light and outdoor views, are among the most popular, and tend to lease quickly.
Are furnished suites available?
Most suites are unfurnished. Furnished options may be available on request for an extra fee.
Can I put my business name on the building or door?
Yes. Each tenant gets a custom name plaque on their door and a lobby directory listing.
What's included
What utilities are included?
For private office suites, heat, A/C, electric and water are all included. Warehouse suites are separately metered, so tenants pay only for the utilities they use.
Is WiFi/Internet included?
No. Internet is the tenant's choice, so you can set up the provider and plan that fit your business.
Is there a kitchen or break area?
Yes, a new shared kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker.
Is there a conference room available?
Yes, a modern conference room with a 75" display that supports Zoom and Microsoft Teams, plus a blackboard.
Do you provide mail services?
Yes. On-site mailboxes are available, and USPS, UPS and FedEx deliver daily.
What amenities are available on-site?
Free parking, 24/7 access, professional common-area cleaning, lobby directories and office plaques, and on-site management and maintenance. See all amenities

Do tenants have 24/7 access?
Yes. Secure building access is available at all hours via key or key fob.
What type of security do you have?
Multiple exterior surveillance cameras.
Is there an on-site receptionist or staff?
There is no full-time receptionist, but property management and maintenance staff are on site during regular business hours.
